文章对哈尔滨至大连客运专线德惠制梁场001号箱梁在蒸汽养护过程中温度实测的基础上,利用MI-DAS\CIVIL软件建立了箱梁的有限元模型,模拟混凝土水化热规律和边界条件,分析结构的温度场,并和实测值进行对比分析。总结出箱梁温度场及温度应力在蒸汽养护过程中随时间变化的一般规律,并对箱梁温度裂缝控制提出预防措施和解决方法。

This paper based on the temperature measurement of No.001 box girder during steam curing in Dehui box girders precasting yard for Harbin-Dalian Passenger railway Line,built the finite element model of box girder by the MIDAS\CIVIL software to simulate variation of concrete hydration heat and boundary conditions,analyzed the temperature field of structure and made comparative analysis with the measured values,summed up the general laws over time of box girder temperature field and temperature stress during steam curing and proposed preventive measures and solutions of box girder temperature cracks.
