在国内客运专线铁路建设中,简支箱梁预制一般采取分段集中、工厂化制梁的方案。结合京沪锡山制梁场建设特点和经验,论述了梁场布置方案、施工及设备选型,这是前期工作的关键,也是后期顺利生产的保证。

During the constructions of domestic passenger railway lines,prefabricating simply supported box girder usually takes the section with pre-concentrated and industrialized casting program.Combined with the building characteristics and experiences for Xishan girder yard of Beijing-Shanghai Express Railway,the layout program,construction and equipment selection of girder yard are discussed.These are the key of preliminary works,and also the guarantee for the later smooth production.
