室内土工试验过程中,安装试样时试样侧壁与静止侧压力仪容器内橡皮膜之间产生的摩擦,使橡皮膜与试样之间出现气泡而产生一定的弹力,造成K0数据偏小。为解决此问题,设计一个变形控制器,安装在静止侧压力仪的压力传递端口上,控制容器内橡皮膜的收缩和膨胀,使得测试数据K0更为真实。该装置效果明显,值得推广使用。

During the process of indoor civil experiment,it generates friction between side wall and rubber film with Pressure Instrument of Resting when install sample which form bubbles between rubber films and sample,result in certain elasticity that lead to K0 date deviation.In order to solve this problem to design a deform controller,which is installed on the pressure transfer port of Pressure Instrument of Resting are for the purpose of controlling the contraction and expansion of rubber film,that make the testing data K0 more real and exact.The installation has evident effects and can be wildly used.
