基于合同条件银皮书与红皮书的承包商策略

摘要：

针对FIDIC合同条件的不同版本(银皮书和红皮书)的不同情况下承包商在工程定价和索赔环节采取的不同对策作了分析,指出承包商在不同的合同版本下应该采取灵活而有针对性的策略来维护自己的权益。

According to different situations of the different versions of FIDIC contract terms(silver book and red book),this paper analyses different countermeasures adopted in the pricing and claim link of an engineering by contractor,and points out that the contractor should take flexible and targeted strategy to protect their own rights under the condition of different contract versions.
