水下钻孔爆破不同起爆方式的数值模拟

摘要:
以连续介质力学和动力非线性有限元理论为基础,推导了炸药、岩石和水的ALE控制方程,采用多物质的ALE算法模拟了实际工程水下岩石钻孔爆破装药中不同位置起爆时爆炸产生的应力波在岩石介质中的传播过程。模拟结果表明:无论以何种方式起爆,端部效应现象始终存在,都会影响水下钻孔爆破上部岩石破碎质量;岩石与水接触面处由于反射波作用,提高了岩石爆破质量;两点起爆效果比单点起爆好,距两端1/4处同时起爆药包的爆破效果最好。研究结果可为水下钻孔爆破工程应用和安全施工提供参考。
Based on the principles of continuum mechanics and dynamical nonlinear finite element theory,the ALE governing equations of explosives,rock and water which in the underwater bored blasting system is derived.Using multi-material Arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian finite method,the paper simulated the propagations of stress wave in rock mass in underwater drilling blast by different detonation position in practical project.The simulation results show that no matter what ways of initiation,the end-effects will always exist and affect the rock crushing quality of underwater bored blasting.Because of the reflected wave at the rock-water interface,the rock crushing quality of underwater bored blasting is improved.The effect with two detonated points is better than that with single point;the best blasting effect appears when the two detonated points locating in a quarter distances to the both end points of the explosive cylinder.This paper offers a reference for the application and safety of underwater drilling blasting projects.
