码头面层混凝土在施工期间非常容易出现裂缝,裂缝过多、过大会影响正常的生产使用,还会增加维修费用和降低耐久性,而且影响码头的工程观感。在码头面层裂缝现状调查检测的基础上,结合试验和温度、干缩应力计算,对码头面层混凝土裂缝原因进行了深入分析,提出了适合天津港实际的裂缝控制技术措施。

It is easy to present cracks during the period of constructing wharf surface layer concretes.Excessive and oversize cracks will affect the normal production use,and also increase the maintenance cost and reduce the durability,and also influ-ence the visual quality of project.Based on the investigation of the present situation about wharf surface layer cracks,this paper combines with experiments and the temperature,shrinkage stress calculation,analyzes the causes of wharf surface layer concrete cracks in depth,proposes actual crack control technology measures to suits the Tianjin Port.
