橡胶粉水泥混凝土在港航工程中应用的试验研究

摘要:
就水流冲刷水工构造物带来的问题,提出了为提高水工构筑物中混凝土的力学、抗渗、抗冲磨等性能,在混凝土中掺入替代同质量砂的橡胶粉形成橡胶粉水泥混凝土。首先对不同掺量的橡胶粉水泥混凝土进行了力学性能试验,得出了抗压强度、抗折强度随掺量的变化情况;其次对不同掺量的橡胶粉水泥混凝土进行了干缩性能、抗渗性能、抗冲磨性能的试验研究。结果表明,掺入橡胶粉后的混凝土能有效减少干缩作用,同时橡胶粉的替代量为3.5%时,其抗渗性能、抗冲磨性能效果最佳。该试验研究为橡胶粉水泥混凝土在港航工程水工建筑物上的应用提供了依据。
The paper proposes that the inclusion of pulverized rubber of the same mass of sand in concrete to produce pulver-ized rubber cement concrete can result in higher mechanical performance,permeability resistance and anti-scouring perfor-mance of concrete in marine structures.First,the mechanical performance of the pulverized rubber cement concrete was tested with different amount of pulverized rubber added in the concrete to obtain the change of the compressive strength and rupture strength of the concrete with the addition of the pulverized rubber,and then research and studies were made of the dry shrink-age,impermeability,and anti-abrasion of the pulverized rubber cement concrete with different amount of pulverized rubber added.The results indicate that the concrete with addition of pulverized can effectively reduce the dry shrinkage and the perfor-mance of anti-erosion and impermeability is the best when the substitution is 3.5%.The experimental study provides a basis for the use of pulverized rubber cement concrete in hydraulic structures in port and waterway engineering.
