论述了温州半岛北堤建设中,采用排水预压加固技术对软土地基进行处理,解决了深厚软粘土地基上加载困难、建设周期长、路堤建设完成后沉降过大的难题;施工过程中采用的关键技术、原位控制技术、施工控制指标,大幅度降低了路堤的工后沉降,保证了施工期的地基稳定和工程的按期完成。为类似工程建设提供了宝贵经验。

The soft clayey foundation was improved with the dewatering technique during the construction of northern dike of Wenzhou peninsula,thus solving the problems of imposition of loads on a deep and soft clay foundation,long construction pe-riod and overlarge settlement after the construction of embankment.The key technologies adopted during construction,in-situ control technique and target-control measures during construction reduced significantly the post-construction settlement of the embankment and ensured the stability of the foundation during construction and completion of the project on schedule.Valuable experience can be provided for similar projects.
