结合哈大铁路客专德惠制梁场箱梁预制的施工经验,介绍了箱梁混凝土蒸养和压浆施工工艺,以及现行技术条件与传统箱梁压浆工艺的矛盾、压浆工艺的改良等。施工结果表明,取得了较好的实际效果,对类似箱梁施工有一定的借鉴意义。

The paper,based on the experience in prefabrication of box girders in Dehui Box Girder Precasting Yard for Harbin-Dalian passenger railway line,introduces the technology for steam curing and pressure grouting for the concrete box girders as well as the contradictions between the existing technology and the traditional pressure grouting method and the im-provement of the pressure grouting technology.The experience on site indicates that the technologies adopted have achieved sat-isfactory results and can provide references for similar projects.
