In view of the transformation of enterprise systems of state-owned enterprises to realize the development of market e-conomy mechanism,the paper describes that the three shipyards under CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co.,Ltd.have exerted themselves to develop their marketing capability and to restructure their enterprises according to the market demand and their strategy of development and have conscientiously enhanced their abilities of independent scientific and technical innovation by way of reforming and innovating and by making full use of technical knowhow of the company and the integral predominance of their equipment and facilities.In just 5 years,the scale of production and the economic benefits of the three shipyards have been more than quadrupled.
