涉外工程项目远离祖国,施工可变因素多,往往具有语言障碍、文化差异、技术标准差异、安全环保限制、资金紧张、材料短缺、劳务管理等等国内难以想象的困难。通过对以色列一涉外工程项目在实施中所遇到的教训,介绍了涉外工程的管理形式、特点和与国内管理的区别,为承揽涉外同类工程项目有极好的借鉴意义。

Overseas projects are normally located far away from the homeland and have more changeable factors during con-struction,which often encounter difficulties unimaginable at home like language barriers,cultural differences,different tech-nical standards,stringent safety and environmental protection requirements,financial strains,materials shortage and labor management.Through the lessons drawn from a project executed in Israel,the paper introduces the way and features that an o-verseas project is managed and the difference of managerial patterns between overseas and domestic projects,which may pro-vide extremely good references for similar projects.
