圣港码头需要进行装船机的更新和提高码头东侧泊位的停靠能力,考虑采用在现有码头结构承受能力上的装船机改造方案。文章从静力及动力两个方面对圣港码头结构在正常使用工况和地震工况下各构件的受力进行了初步分析,经过码头核算得出结论:通过对现有结构进行一些有针对性的补强修复工作,在严格控制临界作业标准的前提下,码头结构的整体是安全的。可以进行老码头的加固改造。

Porto Santo wharf needs updating its ship loaders and improving docking capacity of berth on the eastern side of the wharf,the reconstruction plan of ship loader by the bearing capacity of current wharf structure was considered.The paper has a preliminary analysis on the stress of structure members in regular service condition and seismic condition from static and dynamic aspects.The conclusion from wharf accounting is that through some specific restoration and reinforcement on the existing structures,the entire port structure is safe on basic of strictly controlling critical performance standards.Old port can be rebuilt.
