斜桩嵌岩施工工艺在福建地区的首次应用

摘要：

灌注桩直桩嵌岩的施工工艺已较为成熟,一般采用十字型冲击钻。而斜桩嵌岩,目前除广东地区应用较多外,国内其它地区的应用还较少。福建泰山石化10万吨级码头工程是斜桩嵌岩在福建地区的首次应用。以该工程为例,介绍斜桩嵌岩的施工工艺。应用该工艺,解决了一系列施工难题,使斜桩灌注桩施工基本顺利。

The construction technique of rock-socketed straight pile is very mature.Cross profile percussive drill is generally adopted.Rock-embedded raked pile is applied not so often in other regions except in Guangdong area.Rock-embedded raked pile was firstly used for Titan Petrochemicals 100,000 DWT terminal project in Fujian.The paper takes this project for an example and introduces the construction technique of rock-embedded raked pile.Application of the technology solved a series of construction problems.So it makes the construction of cast-in-place basic smoothly.
