液压锤在大型海上工程的植桩施工中具有很多优点,如对环境产生的污染较小,能量利用率高等。但在实船应用时,液压油管及控制电缆组成的液压软管束的状态得不到很好的控制,使用中容易遭到破坏,常常制约着其应用。采用液压技术及其他机械的办法,可以解决上述问题。试验的结果表明,采用此项技术,液压软管束的状态可以得到有效控制,使液压软管束在使用过程中得到保护。

Hydrohammer have a lot of advantages under water construction,such as little enviromental pollution and high-energy utilization etc.But during using on ship,the hydraulic pipelines and the bunch of soft pipeline,which were constitute by control electric cable,can not get a good control.It is easily damaged during use,the system is usually restricts its application.Using hydraulic technique and other machine's methods can solve the above problems.The results indicate that using this technique,the status of pipeline can get the valid control,the bunch of soft pipeline can get the protection during use.
