摘要：

物流是国民经济的基础和动脉,构建"三维"物流集散网络是实现将天津建设成为我国北方经济中心、国际港口现代化大都市和生态城市战略目标的重要举措之一。文章在阐述"三维"物流系统的内涵及特征的基础上,分析探讨了构建"三维"物流集散网络对加快天津港口建设的影响以及实施策略。

Logistics is the foundation and artery of the national economy.The construction of a "three dimensional" logistics network will make Tianjin to be an economic center in North China,a modern international port city and also an ecological city.Based on the introduction of the system concept and characteristics of the "three dimensional" logistics,the influence of building a "three dimensional" network to speed up Tianjin port construction and the strategy of implementation are analyzed.
