利用线性极化法、失重法、极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等方法,研究了模拟混凝土孔溶液中,一种新型缓蚀剂对钢筋的缓蚀作用和电化学腐蚀行为。结果表明,该缓蚀剂对钢筋具有较好的缓蚀效果;最佳缓蚀剂浓度为2%;该缓蚀剂能有效抑制氯离子对钢筋的腐蚀并对混凝土力学性能无有害影响。其缓蚀作用主要是通过在钢筋表面的竞争吸附形成保护膜从而提高钢筋耐腐蚀性。

The inhibition effect and the electrochemical corrosion behavior of a new-type inhibitor on the steel bar in the NaCl-contented,simulated concrete pore solution were studied by linear polarization,weight loss,polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectra(EIS).The results show that the inhibitor had a good inhibition effect on the steel bar,and the optimum inhibitor concentration was 2%.The inhibitor can inhibit the corrosion of Cl-on the steel effectively,and had no nega-tive effect on the mechanical properties of the concrete.The mechanism is suggested that the protective film was formed on the steel bar surface through competitive adsorption.
