与传统锤夯工艺相比较,码头基床爆夯工艺具有工期短、工艺简单、工程造价低、质量好的特点。但如何确保爆夯施工安全,最大限度地降低对周边环境的影响,是工程建设的重要课题。文章以厦门港海沧港区16~17号泊位工程为例,对重力式码头抛石基床爆夯的安全控制进行了初步探索。结果表明:设计合理,施工中严格执行各项操作规程,可使爆夯施工的影响降到最低程度。本工程可为类似工程安全控制提供经验。

Compared with the traditional hammer ramming method,the explosive ramming method of wharf bedding has characteristics of short construction period,simple process,low cost and good quality.But how to ensure the security of explosive ramming construction,minimize the impact on the surrounding environment is an important subject for engineering construction.This paper takes the project of Xiamen Haicang port berths 16 and 17 as an example,makes a preliminary study on security control of the explosive ramming on the rubble-mound foundation of gravity wharf.The results show that: professional design and impose severe regulations can reduce the influence of explosive ramming construction to the lowest feasible levels.This project can provide references of security control for similar projects.
