针对城市地铁隧道施工难度大、安全风险高、工期紧的工程现状,通过技术创新,采用大包施工工法,安全快速地完成了横通道转正洞施工;采用纵横导洞施工工法,实现了突变断面从大到小安全快速施工的目的;采用双洞法施工连拱隧道和整体式二衬方案,安全快速地完成了连拱隧道施工,确保了连拱隧道防水效果;采用河底铺设防水毯、地层超前降水、小导管加密注浆等技术,提出了区间隧道过河过桥安全控制模式。工程实践表明,所采用的技术方案是安全可靠的,加快了施工进度,降低了施工成本,取得了良好的技术经济效益。

Based on the project actuality of metro tunnel with big difficulty,high safe risk,and urgent project time,by technique innovation,Dabao construction method is put out and it is realized that horizontal passage cut into tunnel is excavated safely and rapidly;heading in length and breadth construction method is put out and it is realized that break section is excavated safely and rapidly;two heading construction method and whole secondary lining scheme are put out for two arch tunnel and two arch tunnel is excavated safely and rapidly;tunnel near river and bridge safe control mode is put out by the techniques that waterproof blanket is lay on the river bottom and underground water is precipitated and surrounding rock is grouting by close ductile.It is demonstrated by engineering and practice,the technique schemes adopted in the engineering with rapider construction velocity and lower construction cost are reliable.Good technique and economic benefit are get.
