竖向分条矩形双壁钢围堰在水中墩施工中的应用

摘要：

哈尔滨至大连客运专线第二松花江特大桥主跨水中墩施工,采用新型竖向分条矩形双壁钢围堰施工技术,施工方法与结构形式不同于传统的双壁钢围堰,该技术在实践中得到了良好的应用效果。文中对新型钢围堰的制作、拼装、下沉、纠偏等工艺进行总结,系统的论述了钢围堰施工工艺。为今后围堰施工提供一种新型施工方法。

The construction of water piers,which are in main span of the second Songhua River Bridge in Harbin-Dalian passenger line,using new construction technology of vertical slicing rectangular double-walled steel cofferdam,the construction method and structural form are different from the traditional double-walled steel cofferdam,this technology achieves a good application effect in practice.This paper concludes the techniques about production,assembling,sinking,and correction and so on for the new steel cofferdam,discusses the construction technology of steel cofferdam,and can provide a new construction method for the future constructions of cofferdams.
