为解决工程船舶防台风难题,结合实际实施情况,通过对台风信息的收集、锚地的选择、计算台风何时影响施工点、船舶调遣最佳时间、船舶调迁防台、船舶进场施工的科学安排,减少了台风对船舶直接威胁,保障船员安全,有效避免无效防台给企业造成的浪费,确保承建工程的工期。

In order to solve problems of engineering ship against typhoon,combining with the practical implementation,through gathering the information of typhoon,the selection of anchorage ground,computing when the typhoon impact the construction position,the best time to ship transfer,ship transfer against typhoon,the scientific arrangement for ships entering to make constructions,the direct threat of typhoon on ships was reduced to ensure the safety of crew,effective to avoid the waste for enterprise caused by ineffective windbreak,to ensure the construction period of project.
