摘要：

简要分析在当前市场形势下,因全球气候变暖、建筑材料价格上涨等原因,导致承保港口建设项目的难度越来越大;介绍降低工程风险的几种措施,以及法人在员工伤亡事故中应承担的责任。

This paper briefly discusses that the insurance of port construction is more and more difficulty because of global warming and construction material price rising under the current market environment.Some measures for decrease the engineering risk and the responsibility of corporate for the accidents of employee are introduced.
