建筑物的设计使用年限是根据工程的实际需求而确定的。某高速公路设计使用年限为100 a,但是工程尚未竣工,在特大桥、中桥和互通立交桥的墩台身、盖梁混凝土部位出现了严重的混凝土剥蚀现象。通过工程的实际调查及现场取样分析表明,引起混凝土劣化的原因是粗骨料的石粉含量、混凝土掺入硅灰后没有采取更好的养护措施,加上重度盐雾区氯盐的影响,加快了混凝土劣化现象。因此,必须引起设计和施工单位的重视。

The design life for building is identified by the project's actual requirement.There is a highway with a designed life of 100 years,but it appears serious concrete peel off problems in the pier bodies and lid beams of grand bridge,medium bridge and exchange overpass before the highway′s construction work completed.Through actual survey and field sampling and analysis of the project,it indicates the causes of concrete deterioration are the content of coarse aggregate stone power,and it has not taken a better conservation measures after the incorporation of silica fume and concrete,coupled with severe effects of chlorine in salt spray zone.These causes accelerated the concrete deterioration phenomenon.Therefore,it must be paid attention by design and construction units.
