介绍了天津港二、四公司新建业务楼工程采用高塑模壳现浇密肋楼板早拆体系施工。突破了传统的密肋楼板施工工艺和密肋高度的局限。该工艺施工简单,变模板安装作业为直线铺设,可实现模板早期拆除,并多次周转利用。结果表明,此工艺施工的密肋楼板结构新颖美观,工程造价低,具有较好的前景。

This paper introduces that the new business building projects of Tianjin Port Second and Fourth Company using the Plastic CodeLine Early-dismantling System of Cast-in-site Rib Floor for constructing.It breaks out the limit of traditional Rib Floor construction technology and the height of rib.The construction of this technology is simple,it changes the installation exercise of template into laying a straight line,can be realized early dismantle the template and the use of multiple turnover.The results show that the rib floor structure of this construction is fashionable and attractive;the project cost is low and has good prospects.
