工程塑料在桥梁工程中的应用

摘要：

以桃夭门大桥钢箱梁风嘴设计为例,考虑到风嘴内部销铰连接高强螺栓维修检查方便以及减小制造、安装难度,风嘴段检修开启门采用硬聚氯乙烯工程塑料。介绍了工程塑料的性能、安装中的问题以及焊接方式等。

Taking the design of the wind fairing of box girders for Taoyaomen Bridge as example, to facilitate the maintenance and service of the high strength bolts for articulation inside the wind fairing of the box girders and minimize the difficulties in fabrication and installation of the wind fairing, the manhole covers for the wind fairing sections are made of HPVC engineering plastics. The paper describes the performance of the engineering plastics, problems encountered in the installation of the wind fairing and the welding procedures.
