嘉陵江草街航电枢纽工程混凝土预冷系统优化设计,采用"二次风冷+冷水拌和"方案替代原来的"一次风冷+冷水+冰拌和"方案,实测结果与设计参数分析表明,"二次风冷+冷水拌和"方案混凝土预冷系统的各项指标均达到了设计要求,预冷混凝土生产模拟强度亦达到了设计指标,且风冷骨料可使骨料冷透率大大提高,从而使混凝土在运输、浇筑过程中温度回升较慢。实际运行表明,本文优化方案的一次性投资小,运行调节能力强,便于运行管理。

To optimize the design of the pre-cooling system for concrete construction for Caojie Pivotal Project for Navigation and Power Generating,the original plan of"primary forced air cooling + cooling water + mixing with crushed ice"was substi-tuted with the alternative of "twice forced air cooling and mixing with cooled water".The analyses of the measured results and the design parameters showed that all the indices of the pre-cooling system for concrete construction in the alternative of "twice force air cooling + mixing with cooled water" met the design requirements and the modeled strength of the pre-cooled concrete met also the design requirements with the significant increase of thorough coolness of air cooled aggregate,thus making the tem-perature of concrete re-rise slowly during its transportation and placement.Implementation of the system indicated that the opti-mized alternative involved less one-go investment and had high efficiency in operational readjustment,facilitating operational management of the system.
