随着静力压桩施工的普及,其施工过程给相邻建筑物或构筑物也带来了诸多不利影响,文中通过工程实例阐述了合理有效地采取开挖防挤沟、设置防挤孔、合理安排压桩顺序,严格控制压桩速度等防治技术和科学的施工工艺,减少或消除了静力压桩施工对相邻建筑物的影响,保证了工程的顺利进行。

With the wide-spreading of static piling operations,the adjacent buildings or structures are adversely affected in many affects.Based on actual engineering projects,this paper describes the control techniques,including digging anti-extru-sion ditches,drilling anti-extrusion holes,rational organization of piling sequence,and close control of piling speed,and the scientific construction technologies selected,thus reducing or eliminating the influence of static piling on adjacent buildings and structures and ensuring the smooth implementation of the projects.
