介绍孟加拉NCT集装箱码头EPC项目的技术管理程序、管理重点及过程,强调了设计在EPC项目中的龙头作用以及在本项目中技术管理的得失。

The procedure, emphases and process of technical management of the EPC project for NCT ContainerTerminal in Bangladesh are described in the paper. The importance of a design in the EPC project is emphasized andthe gains and losses in the technical management of the EPC project are also discussed.
