预应力混凝土结构用塑料波纹管孔道摩阻μ值的测定

摘要：

结合天津市快速路立交桥预应力混凝土连续箱梁结构中,对使用塑料波纹管孔道摩阻值μ的测定进行介绍。从测定中可知,μ值的大小与孔道的长短也密切相关,孔道越长,实测的μ值越大。文中,对实测μ值的变化作了简要的分析,并对塑料波纹管孔道摩阻值μ在施工中的选用提出建议:对超长孔道,μ值在0．25左右,长孔道,μ值在0．20左右。

In the light of the prestressed concrete structures for interchanges over the express roadways in Tianjin, the friction resistance,μ, of corrugated plastic tubes for prestressed concrete structures was measured and presented. The measured results show thatμvalues are closely related to the length of the tubes. The longer the tube, the greater theμvalue is. The changes of measuredμvalues were briefly analyzed andμvalues are recommended for construction projects, which should be 0.25 for extra long tubes and about 0.20 for long tubes.
