In the light of the successful experience in standardizing the management of some projects undertaken by No.1 Eng. Co., the necessity of standardization of project management is expounded, the connotation and function of standardization of project management are induced, and concrete measures for standardizing and reinforcing project management are also summarized, which may be of reference for standardizing and enhancing the construction management of projects.
