结合某海工高性能混凝土防腐蚀工程,研究了几种常用硅烷浸渍剂对高性能混凝土的保护效果。工程应用结果表明:SHJS-5201膏体硅烷浸渍剂因其具有触变性能等特点,在密实性能较高的高性能混凝土中仍具有3mm以上的渗透深度,氯化物降低效果可达95%以上,解决了一般硅烷产品在海工高性能混凝土中渗透深度欠佳的问题。

The effect of several types of common silicane impregnating agents in protection of high performance concrete was studied on the basis of the practice of corrosion protection of high performance concrete for a maritime project. The results of the engineering practice showed that SHJ S-5201 cream-silicane impregnating agent, with its thixotropic property, still had better penetration of more than 3 mm in high performance concrete with higher density and more than 95 % of chlorine can be reduced, thus overcoming the problem that ordinary silicane products have a poor penetration in high performance concrete for maritime structures.
