高桩墩台是码头施工的重点控制工序,因其抵御风险能力差,模板设计的成功与否决定其成败。文章由成功的工程实例,系统分析了墩台模板设计、施工的全过程,探讨以安全为首要设计控制,通过以对策分析为基础的施工设计,结构构造设计,以强度、刚度验算和重点部位抗剪验算为基础的计算设计等三个步骤进行施工模型设计的方法。依此方法进行模板设计和工艺安排,工序控制合理,未出现任何危险情况,交工质量优良,并降低了施工成本,保证了工程提前竣工。

Construction of bearing platforms on piles is one of the important control procedures for port construction. Since the construction of the bearing platforms has poor resistance against risks, the design of formwork for the bearing platforms will decide if a project is successful or not. Based on the successful cases of projects, the whole process of the design and construction of the formwork for the bearing platforms was analyzed. A method for design of the form-work for the bearing platforms in three stages was proposed, which took safety as the primary design control, based the construction designs and structural designs on game analysis, and based the calculations on the verification of strength and rigidity and shear resistance of key parts. After the formwork was designed and technologically arranged according to the above method, the construction procedure was rationally controlled and no risk occurred; the quality of works when handing over was high; and the construction cost was reduced; thus ensuring the early completion of the works.
