真空预压机理模拟装置

摘要:
真空预压技术已广泛应用于软土地基的加固,但目前所提出的加固机理缺乏直观性,难以令人信服和认同,特别是关于影响深度这一困惑工程界多年的疑问,尚未得到令人满意的回答。文章介绍了研制的一套真空预压机理的演示模型装置,该装置可以直观演示真空预压过程中孔隙水与地基土骨架应力的相互转换和传递过程,可以解释和解决真空预压的影响深度问题,试验结果和相关分析有力地证明真空预压的有效加固深度大于10m。
The vacuum preloading technology has been widely used to improve soft soils.But,it is still difficult for people to convince themselves and accept the mechanism of soil improvement since the mechanism of soil improvement so far proposed was not intuitionistic,especially the affecting depth which has been puzzling the engineering circle for many years and hasn't so far been given a satisfactory answer.This paper presents a newly developed simulating device that can demonstrate the mechanism of vacuum preloading.The simulating device can visually demonstrate the process of transformation and transfer of stress between pore water pressure and soil skeleton in the process of vacuum preloading to improve soft soils,thus explaining and solving the problem of affecting depth of vacuum preloading.Results of the experiments and analyses effectively prove that the effective depth of soil improvement by vacuum preloading is more than 10 m.
