摘要：

山海关船厂15万吨级修船坞是中国大陆最大的修船坞,该船坞大体积砼工程具有技术要求高(不裂、不渗、不漏),结构复杂,工期紧,施工难度大的特点。文章介绍了砼施工中,为防止和控制大体积混凝土的结构裂缝,采取了一系列防裂技术措施,取得了较好的效果。

The ship-repair dock for ships up to 150 000 dwt in Shanhaiguan Shipyard is the largest ship repair dock on the main land of China.The construction of mass concrete for the dock was characterized by the high technical specifications(No cracking,seepage or leakage was allowed),complicated structures,tight construction schedules and high degree of difficulties in construction.The paper describes that a series of technical measures were taken to prevent and control structural cracks in the mass concrete during the construction of the dock and satisfactory results have been achieved.
