水运行业中,由于中小设计单位所处的地位及其周边环境,其生存和发展已不适应当前工程建设形势,作者针对目前客观现实状况,思考并探索一条生存和发展之路。

The medium and small design institutes in the waterway transportation industry have found their surviving and development inadaptable to the present situation of construction owing to their location and surroundings.Ways to surviving and development of these institutes are considered and explored in the light of the present objective realities.
