对外工程承包对于促进我国国民经济的发展有着重要作用。文章针对对外承包工程企业本土化经营的发展背景(动因、必要性)、理论前提以及如何展开本土化经营等问题进行了分析,指出在经济全球化背景下,对外承包工程企业在国际化经营过程中,只有采取适应当地的本土化经营策略,才能发挥自身的优势和积累技术能力,获得持续发展,立于不败之地。

Contracting of projects overseas plays an important role in promoting the development of our national economy.The background(motives and necessity)and theoretical preconditions for a contracting enterprise to adequately localize on the overseas market as well as how to make a contracting enterprise localize for marketing overseas are analyzed.It is pointed out that,with a background of the globalization of the economy,a contracting enterprise can give full play to its own superiority and accumulated technical capability to continue its sustained development and remain invincible only after it adopts marketing strategies adaptable to local conditions during its internationalized marketing process.
