本文首先介绍了管理承包模式在西方国家实践中的各种类型 ,然后分别论述了管理承包模式适用的项目环境 ,其优点与缺点 ,这种模式下的支付方式和业主方对费用控制的方法 ,以及业主与管理承包商之间合同中的风险分担 ,并给出了一个案例。最后提出在我国工程项目建设中借鉴这种承包模式的可能性

This paper first introduces the categories of management contracting in practice in the western countries Then, the project environment, advantages and disadvantages, payment and cost control by client, and risk allocation between client and management contractor under management contract are respectively dealt with Finally, the possibility of application of such contracting mode in China's construction is briefly discussed
