摘要：

主要论述了《港口工程地基规范》(JT J250-98)在地基稳定和承载力验算中采用综合分项系数(在规范中称为抗力分项系数)的原因和确定方法,在地基稳定和承载力验算中,采用此方法确定分项系数并结合工程经验,可以方便设计人员进行地基稳定和承载力设计。

The paper expounds mainly on the reasons why comprehensive sub-coefficients(which are referred to as the resistance sub-coefficients)are used in verification of the stability and bearing capacity of foundations specified in the Code for Foundations in Port Engineering(JTJ250-98)and the method to determine the sub-coefficients in verifying the stability and bearing capacity of a foundation.The proposed method,together with their engineering experience,may help the designers to make easier design of the stability and bearing capacity of foundations.
