沿海港口在国家现代化进程中发挥着越来越大的作用。文章从港口建设与经济、社会、文化的契合度入手,论述了加强港口文化建设是实践以人为本思想的必然选择。以加强系统规划、合理调整港口结构、、注重环保、不断强化港口建设的技术创新与组织创新来实现港口建设的全面、协调、可持续发展。

Coastal ports and harbours are playing more and more significant role in the process of modernization of the country.The paper,starting from the elaboration of fitting of port construction with the economy,society and culture,discourses that the development of port culture is an inevitable choice for fulfilling the people-oriented ideology.The overall,well-coordinated and sustainable development of port construction can be achieved byway of strengthening systematic planning,rationally regularizing the port structures,focusing on environmental protection and continuously intensifying technical and organizational innovation in port construction.
