铁路客运专线桥梁以简支整孔双线箱梁为主,体积大,重量重,技术标准高,施工以现场预制为主。为保证预制箱梁的质量和预制效率,合理使用建场费用,根据客运专线有关设计要求和相关单位箱梁预制场的建设经验,文中论述了梁场的选址、规划、布置等内容,以达到标准化、流程化、工厂化施工。为今后客运专线施工中箱梁预制场建设提供参考。

Simply supported,monolithic,and double-track box-girders are the main girders for bridges on passenger railway lines.These box-girders are bulky,heavy and of high technical standard,which are mainly prefabricated on site.To ensure the quality and production efficiency of the box-girders and the rational utilization of the construction cost,the paper,based on the relevant design requirements for passenger railway lines and the experience of other builders in construction of box-girder pre-fabrication yards,introduces the selection,planning and layout of sites for box-girder production in order to achieve standard-ized,streamlined and industrialized production,which may be of reference for construction of box-girder prefabrication yards for building passenger railway lines in future.
