摘要：

文章中论述了工程项目投标可行性决策分析的必要性,分析了通常影响工程项目投标可行性决策的因素,最后采用模糊集合的原理进行定量分析,并建立了工程项目投标可行性决策系统模糊模型。

In this paper,it is discussed that a bid for engineering projects should be attached with a feasibility analysis and a decision.The factors that affect the decision on the feasibility of a bid for engineering projects are studied in detail.Finally,based on the theory of fuzzy set,a fuzzy set model of decision on the feasibility of a bid for engineering projects is established for the purpose of quantitative analysis.
