自2003年7月中港项目管理软件在青岛前湾三期工程5～7泊位工程试点以来,软件实施人员通过紧抓计划成本和实际成本这两条主线,简化工序、编制项目定额、及时采集和录入工程项目人、料、机的消耗,形成项目计划成本和实际成本,通过试点证明了项目管理软件对传统水工项目是适用的。

Since July 2003 when the CHEC's project management software was trial-used on the works for building No.5 to No.7 Berths for Phase III of Qianwan Port Complex in Qingdao,the software engineers have been working closely on both the planned cost and the practical cost of the works by simplifying the working procedure,compiling quota schemes,and timely collecting and recording the usage of man-power,material and machinery on the works.By so doing,they have formulated the planned cost and the practical cost for the project.The trial-use of the project management software has proved that the software is applicable to the traditional marine works.
