在有较大裂隙 ,溶洞、溶沟、溶槽发育 ,有串珠状溶洞并多层处与外部海水直接贯通的复杂地质上建造船坞 ,基坑开挖堵漏和基础处理是施工的关键。文章通过总结马耳他 30万吨级修船坞和大连造船新厂 30万吨级造船坞的工程实践 ,阐叙了“截、堵”方法和帷幕灌浆、高压定喷技术在防渗漏工程中的应用及效果 ,对同类工程具有参考价值。

The key points of the construction are leakage stoppage during the pit excavation and foundation treatment when the ship dock is constructed on the complicated geology with growing fissures,karst caves,channellings,fluid bowls and many beaded karst caves directly linking up with external sea water.The paper expounds the application and effects of the methods of interception and blockage and the techniques of diaphragm grouting and fixed jet grouting with high pressure in the construction of seepage provention according to the practice of the projects of Malta Drydock for ships up to 300,000 DWT and the dock for ships up to 300,000 DWT of Dalian New Shipyard.It may serve as a reference for similar projects.
