由中港一航局五公司承建的秦皇岛港戊己码头工程是国家级重点工程 ,是要求创“部优”、创“精品”的工程 ,尤其是胸墙砼的施工 ,不但要有好的内在质量 ,还必须有较高的感观质量。为此 ,在戊码头的胸墙施工中 ,针对模板设计、预埋件安装、大体积砼防裂以及细部处理等质量控制点采取了一系列的综合性技术措施 ,并取得了良好的效果。

The E&F wharf project of Qinghuangdao Port,which is constructed by 5th Company of the FNEB of CHEC,is a major project of national level.Especially the construction of breast wall concrete request not only excellent internal quality,but also high quality of sense and appearance.So,in the construction of breast wall concrete,a series of technique measures are taken in quality contral points as moldboard design,installation of embedded parts,crack prevention of mass concrete and detail treatment,and achieve good effect.
