本文通过分析ＣＩ策略的由来、发展、概念、结构、功能等，论述了在我国及时导入ＣＩ策略的必要性，并阐述了ＣＩ策略在我国港口工程企业中具体实施的途径，从而倡导我国港口工程企业尽快导入ＣＩ策略这一企业竞争新策略。

This paper,through analyzing the origin,development, concept, structure and function, etc. of the CI (Corporate Identity )tactics, discusses the necessity of lead in CI tactics in China, describes the way to implement the CI tactics in port engineering enterprises in China, thus proposing the port engineering enterprises to lead in the new tactics the CI Tactics in the competition of the enterprises as quickly as possible.
