锦州港是我国北方一大型良港 ,与笔架山风景区相邻。锦州港的发展对笔架山风景区环境影响程度引起社会各界的关注 ,通过对锦州港附近海域环境质量的调查 ,利用数学模型分析笔架山周围海域水动力变化。文中深入细致地回顾分析了笔架山和天桥周围环境的变化 ,并采取相应的环境保护措施 ,实现港口、景区与城市的协调发展

the Port of Jinzhou, which is one of the large ports in the north of China, is located adjacent to the Mount Bijia Scenic Resort. The environmental impact of the construction of Jinzhou Port upon the Mount Bijia Scenic Resort has drawn close attention from the pubic. Through the investigations into the environmental quality of the seas close to Jinzhou Port and the mathematical modelling of the hydrodynamic changes in the seas around the Mount Bijia, the changes in the environment around the Mount Bijia and Tianqiao Submerged Reef have been reviewed and analyzed in great detail. Necessary measures have been taken to protect the environment so that the development of the port, the scenic resort and the city has been well coordinated.
