文章对施工企业知识产权工作的开展和自主知识产权体系的建设提出了一些见解 ,这些见解和认识对中港集团以及下属施工企业实施知识产权战略有一定的参考价值

The paper proposes a concept that a construction enterprise should build up its own autonomous intellectual property system and should have a mechanism to protect its intellectual property rights.The propositions may be of valuable reference for the building and development of the autonomous intellectual property system of CHEC and its subordinate construction enterprises.
