It is imperative for either a governmental department or a private business to choose a suitable contractor to accomplish their projects.However,the procedure to choose such a suitable contractor is a quite complicated matter and involves knowledge and experience in many fields.The five major methods to evaluate a bid in the world is discussed theoretically in the paper and also analyzed in conjunction with actual case projects.
