摘要：

中国施工企业的海外发展逐渐面向中高端市场,英国标准和项目管理方法对国际承包市场,特别是中高端市场有重要影响。文章根据作者对英国施工企业项目管理理念和方法的考察,介绍了英国施工企业管理标准化的一些成功经验。

The international market in the developed countries will be the target for China construction enterprises to aim at in the near future.The British standards and management methods have imposed significant influence on the international market and will continue to influence it,especially in the developed countries.The author has carefully investigated and studied the management principles and methodology in the UK,and some of the best practices for management standardization in the UK are introduced and commented in this paper.
