为了设计出一种合理、挡砂效果好、施工简便、成本低廉的重力式码头挡砂板,论述了将焊接或绑扎钢筋网外挂金属丝网作为防漏砂结构,提出了相应的设计方案,建立了相应的计算模型,采用A nsys软件计算了钢筋网在单面土压力下的最大应力和位移,并根据最大应力和最大位移来确定钢筋的直径和合理的钢筋间距。通过分析和比较,验证了钢筋网用于重力式码头防漏砂结构的可行性和优越性。

To design sand guard panels for gravity quay walls which are rational,producing good sand barring performance,easy to fabricate and low in cost,a design proposal was made that steel meshwork was attached to the external side of welded or bound steel bar framework.A corresponding mathematic model was established to compute with the Ansys program the maximum stress and displacement of steel bar formwork under the earth pressure from one side and the diameter and the rational intervals of steel bars were determined according to the maximum stress and the maximum displacement.The feasibility and superiority of the steel mesh sand guard structure to prevent sand leakage for gravity quay walls was verified by way of the analysis and comparison.
