本文介绍了新版 FIDIC合同条件产生的背景 ,并从其总体特点、基本内容、管理方式、风险分担以及适用范围等方面对各个新版合同条件加以介绍、分析和比较 ,最后提出了 FIDIC新版合同条件将会被广泛地用于国际和我国工程项目建设领域的预测

In this paper,the background for the preparation of the new edition of FIDIC Contract is introduced.Thereafter,the Conditions of Contract are discussed in terms of overall features,main contents,management mode,risks allocation and application scope.Finally,a forecast is given by the authors on the future application of the Conditions in the global construction industry.
